Privacy Policy

We collect information needed to provide Now & Then, including name, email, account information, memorial content, AI persona data, voice recordings, memories, photos, device and browser information, usage data, and cookies.

We use information to provide the Service, manage accounts, process Stripe payments, create AI personas from information users provide, improve AI and product quality, and respond to support requests.

Memorial content, including memories, photos, and AI personas, is retained for the lifetime of the account unless deleted by the user.

If an account is deleted, memorial content is permanently removed within 30 days.

Voice recordings and transcriptions are retained while the account is active.

If you wish to preserve memorial content after account deletion, export it before deletion — we cannot recover it after removal.

Anonymous, aggregated data, such as usage patterns and feature popularity, may be retained indefinitely for product improvement.

Content reported for child safety violations is retained for 90 days after removal for investigation purposes, then permanently deleted.

This Service may contain memorial content involving deceased persons, including minors. We treat all content involving children with heightened care.

If memorial content includes a child, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent before publishing.

We do not allow content that depicts, describes, or exploits any child in any sexual, abusive, or harmful manner. Such content will be immediately removed and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (1-800-843-5678) and law enforcement.

Users who attempt to upload content exploiting minors will be permanently banned immediately without warning.

AI personas created from user input are based on provided information and cannot be used to impersonate a living child.

If you believe content involving a child has been posted inappropriately, report it immediately to enewberry72@gmail.com and we will remove it within 24 hours.

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with service providers that help operate the Service, including Stripe for payments, AI providers for AI persona features, hosting providers, and legal authorities when required by law.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal information by contacting enewberry72@gmail.com.

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

The Service preserves memories and creates AI personas from provided information. Results are based on user input and may not perfectly reflect the person.

User-generated memorial content is moderated. Content that violates our policies may be reviewed, restricted, or removed.

We use TLS/SSL to protect data in transit. Payments are processed by Stripe, which maintains PCI-DSS compliance for payment handling.
