How to Cancel

2. Go to Settings
3. Click "Manage Subscription"
4. Select "Cancel Subscription"

What Happens After Cancellation

• Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
• You'll have full access to premium features until that date
• After the period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan
• All your data (profiles, memories, conversations) remains accessible
• You can reactivate your subscription at any time

Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, we'll refund your purchase in full.

No Refunds After 30 Days

After 30 days, subscription fees are non-refundable. However, you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

Partial Refunds

We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months or years. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your paid period.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions receive a discounted rate in exchange for the commitment. The same 30-day money-back guarantee applies.

After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel to prevent auto-renewal.

Free Plan

The Free plan is always available at no cost. No payment information required. Your data remains accessible even if you cancel a paid subscription.

Credits and Add-ons

AI conversation credits and one-time purchases are non-refundable after use. Unused credits from cancelled subscriptions do not carry over or receive refunds.

Billing Disputes

If you notice an incorrect charge or have billing questions, please contact us immediately. We'll investigate and resolve any billing errors promptly.
