By accessing or using Now & Then, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Now & Then is an AI-powered memory preservation and persona creation app that helps users create memorial profiles, preserve memories, and generate AI personas from information users provide.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, content exploiting minors, abusive, harassing, hateful, threatening, or otherwise harmful content. User-generated content is moderated.

You retain ownership of memorial content, memories, photos, recordings, and other content you submit. You grant us permission to store, process, display, and use that content as needed to provide the Service.

The Service preserves memories and creates AI personas from provided information. Results are based on user input and may not perfectly reflect the person.

We may review, restrict, or remove content that violates these Terms, our policies, or applicable law.

Paid plans are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You authorize recurring charges for active subscriptions.

Now & Then, including its software, design, branding, workflows, and related materials, is owned by Redemption Management or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redemption Management will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
